What is the HK IPO AI reference rating?

The reference rating is an informational rating with three labels: high attention, neutral and cautious.

Plain meaning

It uses public information available at the current stage. It is not a subscribe, buy, sell or target-price call. Pre-subscription, post-allocation and post-grey-market stages use different inputs, so the score and rating of the same IPO can change.

Why it matters

It can help identify IPOs that deserve closer research, but it cannot replace prospectus review, risk assessment or personal decision-making.

How to read it

Check the active stage first, then the rating and data coverage. Scores from different stages should not be compared as if they used the same inputs.

How it appears here

HK IPO AI shows reference ratings on the home page and IPO detail pages, with factor and scenario breakdowns on the detail page.

Common mistakes

  • Treating the rating as buy or sell advice.
  • Comparing a pre-subscription rating directly with a post-grey-market rating.
  • Ignoring possible delays, gaps or errors in model inputs.
