Service scope
HK IPO AI provides Hong Kong IPO public-information aggregation, historical data research, model estimates, AI reference scores, and scenario analysis. The content is for general information, education, and research only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and is not an offer, invitation, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security.
No warranty and risk
The site relies on public sources, third-party information, historical data, and model estimates. Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors. Model outputs, probabilities, scores, backtests, and forecasts do not represent future performance and do not guarantee returns, allotment results, grey-market performance, or post-listing prices. Investing involves risk. Prices can rise or fall, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
User responsibility
You should independently verify prospectuses, announcements, exchange information, and licensed intermediary materials, and make your own decisions based on your financial position, risk tolerance, and investment objectives. Consult a licensed or qualified professional before making any investment decision.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must keep account information accurate and protect your login credentials. You may not use the site for unlawful, infringing, disruptive, access-circumventing, bulk scraping, reverse engineering, or interference purposes.
Breach, responsibility, and account action
If you breach these Terms, misuse the service, infringe the rights of others, threaten service security, or fail to pay amounts due, we may take action proportionate to the circumstances, including issuing a warning, restricting features, removing relevant content or access, suspending or terminating your account, cancelling your subscription, or preventing further use. We may act immediately and without prior notice for serious, repeated, or potentially urgent violations; where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason. Except where required by law, suspension or termination for a violation does not remove payment obligations already due, and fees already paid are non-refundable. You are responsible for losses and legal liability caused by your violation. We may preserve evidence, report matters to the appropriate authorities, or pursue available remedies as permitted by law. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support@hkipoai.com to appeal.
Subscriptions and billing
The site offers Free and Pro. New Pro subscriptions are HK$39 per month or HK$299 per year, billed in HKD through a third-party payment provider; confirming a subscription immediately charges the price shown at checkout. Existing subscriptions through another payment channel may continue renewing in their original currency and at their original price; the checkout or account page controls. Eligible early users may subscribe and renew through supported payment channels at the member rate of HK$27.30 per month or HK$209.30 per year. The offer stays with the eligible account and remains available if the user cancels and subscribes again later. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the period ends via Account → Manage subscription / cancel. After cancellation, paid access usually continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law or we agree otherwise in writing, paid fees are generally non-refundable. Pro mainly covers deeper allotment scenarios for active IPOs (A-tail, B-head, top-hammer, full tier tables, and allotment-form views). One-lot hit rate is free; access to listed historical deep views may change. We may update prices, plan names, and entitlements; material changes will be posted on the site, and effects on active subscriptions follow the checkout or account notices. Starting checkout or renewal means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HK IPO AI and its related parties are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the site, reliance on site content, data errors, service interruptions, payment-processing issues, or any investment decision.
Changes
We may update the service, content, pricing, features, and these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on the site. Continued use of the site means you accept the updates.
